DR. JENNAH'S CHOCOLATE BARK
2 bags of Enjoy Like chocolate chips or chunks
1 tsp organic vanilla
1/4 tsp peppermint oil
A few dashes of Celtic Sea Salt
Optional: walnuts or silvered almonds
Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler or saucepan. Add the vanilla, peppermint and salt. Spread the mixture onto parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle with nuts is desired. Put in the fridge until hardened. Break about by hand or with a large spoon handle.
